Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to send it back to us. After that 10 days has expired will not accept refunds.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Remember that any returned product has to be UNUSED, DEVOID OF ANY SMELLS (ANY KIND OF COSMETICS, PERFUMES OR CIGARETTES), NO MAKE UP AND THE ITEM IS PET HAIR FREE.WITH TAGS AND ALL ORIGINALLY ATTACHED LABELS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Please ensure you send the item back with a note include your order number.

Please note: we do NOT offer FREEPOST return labels.

We recommend using a TRACKED SERVICE as we are not responsible for parcels on the way back to us.

We do not refund any of the postage cost

To start a return, you can contact us at ohmygoshboutique.uk@gmail.com. We’ll send you a instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like lingerie, face masks (hygiene reasons), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS or ANY DISCOUNT, PROMOTIONS LIKE SPECIAL BUY, ITEM OF THE DAY etc

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON FULL PRICE ITEMS
